Trefzgers Bakery

The Kim Group was honored to collaborate with Trefzgers Bakery on their new location in Peoria Heights to expand their current operations and add Trailside Event Center. The 1895 year old building embodied the history and German heritage the owners desired and proposed problems with contenting the highest lead base paint content in the state, fire damage and many more challenges that only a historic building can present. The Kim Group carefully designed, developed, financially structured, constructed and manages this remarkable new development. The Kim Group's vision goes beyond the four walls in creating a vibrant hub that beckons other small businesses and budding entrepreneurs seeking a prime location within Peoria Heights.
